General Contraction Consultation:
We offer expert general contracting consultation to guide you through budgeting, planning, subcontractor selection, and project coordination, ensuring you can build with confidence and avoid costly mistakes.
RATE: $15.00 per livable square foot.
Permiting Services:
We handle the full permitting process from start to finish, ensuring your project meets all local requirements and moves through approval quickly and efficiently. This includes requesting truss Calcs.
RATE: One-time fee of $1,000.00
Engenerring Services:
Our engineering partners provide precise, code-compliant structural solutions that bring your design to life with safety, accuracy, and long-term durability. We coordinate all communication with the engineer and ensure the final design meets all local building requirements.
Rate: $500.00
